Layouts in WebADI enable us to customize the user interface in the form of a spreadsheet.
We can use the Define Layout page to determine the fields in a spreadsheet, set their positions, and specify default values for the fields.
After creating the Integrator we must create a Layout for that Integrator, Make sure that Layout should be available before you create a spreadsheet in the Create Document flow.
* Define a new Layout
* Modify an existing Layout
* Delete a layout
* Copy the existing layout
Let's check how to create a layout for an integrator.
Navigate to below responsibility.
→ Desktop Integrator → Define Layout
Click on Create Layout and then select the integrator name which you have created before this.
Now it will show all the fields which were part of our integrator.
- We can select the fields which we want to show in the spreadsheet.
- We can change the placement of the fields either at Header Level or at Line Level.
- We can set the default value of the field.
- We can also set the Default Type of the field
Click on next and then click on Apply.
Next, if we are displaying any data in the spreadsheet after downloading the WebADI then we need to Define Mapping for it.
