For Downloading and uploading a WebADI successfully we need to perform the Excel and Internet Explorer Setups.
Excel Settings for Oracle WebADI.
Open Excel then go to File > Options
The below window will option, here click on Trust-Center
Then Click on Trust-Center Settings
Now click Macro Settings to enable the below-highlighted options.
1) Select "Enable all macros(not recommended potentially dangerous code can run)"
2) Check "Trust access to the VBA project object model"
Now click on "Protected View" and uncheck the highlighted checkboxes as shown below.
Click "Ok" and close the excel file.
Now download the WebADI and open the file again. you will be able to open the file successfully.
